• Table reservation confirmations, modifications, and booking reminders.
• Real-time logistic updates on the preparation, dispatch, and delivery of your food orders.
• Customer service follow-ups and direct responses to your inquiries.
• Special operational notices regarding adjustments to restaurant hours due to religious holidays or the conclusion of Shabbat.
• Promotional alerts and marketing communications (only if you have ticked the separate explicit marketing opt-in checkbox).

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions and transactions with the restaurant.

Section 4 – SMS Opt-Out and Help Instructions

You maintain full control over your text preferences and can revoke your consent at any time:

• To Opt-Out: Reply with the single word STOP in capital letters to any text message received from us. Upon receipt, our system will process your command and send a single final SMS confirming that you have been successfully unsubscribed. You will receive no further text messages unless you pro-actively sign up again.

Section 5 – Message and Data Rates

The restaurant does not charge fees to join or receive text messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply in accordance with your mobile service plan agreement (with networks such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, or others). These charges are determined and billed by your mobile carrier and remain your sole responsibility. We recommend checking with your carrier for your plan details.

Section 6 – Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile network operators and mobile carriers (including both local and international networks) are not liable under any circumstances for delayed, undelivered, or missing text messages sent through this program. SMS delivery depends on external technical factors and the proper coverage of your mobile reception.

Section 7 – Products, Pricing, and Kosher Menu

Our business services include the sale of prepared food, sushi bar services, dine-in restaurant operations, takeout, home deliveries, and full event catering. All our culinary preparations strictly comply with Kosher certification guidelines and dietary standards.
